THREE-DIMENSIONAL MODELING SYSTEM created for the production of MOULDS, PLUGS and INTERIORS of ARCHITECTURAL BUILDINGS, BOATS and LARGE STRUCTURES in general.

 

 

 

3DW Moulds can reproduce ANY SHAPE of ANY SIZE, providing robust STRUCTURES and PLANKING in MOUNTING KIT, to be assembled on-site and disassembled at job performed, disposal so easily, mostly made up in wood, with a COST INVERSELY PROPORTIONAL TO THEIR SIZE.

 

These KIT can be designed and supplied for MOULDS and/or PLUGS to create structures and planking in any material which could be CUT (by LASER, WATER JET etc..), such as WOOD, STEEL, ALUMINUM etc.

 

3DW MOULDS can supply particular LARGE FORMWORK for Reinforced Cement or “SIMPLE” or “DOUBLY-CURVED” MOULD for Reinforced Sandwich in fiberglass or composite materials, and methods as CONTROLLED VACUUM INFUSION or PRE-PREG may also be used in this way, with benefit in time, cost and environment.
