"DIRECT FEMALE MOULD" means a FEMALE MOULD (the "NEGATIVE" of the SHAPE to built) conceived and designed in any CAD ENVIRONMENT, starting from the original VIRTUAL SHAPE to be made (of any type and size) and DIRECTLY realized.

The TIME and the COSTS required to have a MOULD READY-FOR-USE for the first laminations is reduced about by half, in this way.

These moulds are recommended for ONE-OFF construction or Large-Scale PRE-series, because they are not "indestructible" (indeed, they are "easily disposal" when no longer required!) as those in FIBERGLASS that are derived from 1:1 SCALE MODELS; these are “WOODEN MOULDS” and their duration, in fact, depends by many factors, but the experience gained from our Customers show that the number of uses is very high, certainly beyond the scope that are designed for their cost.
